Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Internal Control Manager (f/m) to join our Quality Department based in Marignane, France.

From January 2020, a new department of Internal Control for the group has been set up.

The mission of this new department consists in defining internal control requirements and standards, driving and monitoring the implementation of the internal controls within dedicated functions, and steering internal controls effectiveness and efficiency Company wide.

The role of the employee will be, for Airbus Helicopters to liaise with Airbus Group on this function.

Your challenges:
You will be responsible for the following main activities:

  • Contribute to support finalization of the definition and set-up of the Internal Control system
  • Contribute to Coordination of activities with internal stakeholders (such as Corporate Audit, Finance, ERM, Quality) and relevant experts
  • Contribute to driving the deployment of this system across the functions based on End to End approach
  • Jointly with other team members, lead a network of internal control officers to steer effectiveness of deployment
  • Push initiatives for cultural change within Airbus Helicopters to promote internal Control values (communication campaigns, awareness and training sessions, learning path development)
  • Work with other Divisions and functions to ensure adherence of the Airbus Internal Control best practices
  • Participate to the Yearly Internal Control campaigns (including analysis of findings, definition & monitoring of action plans)
- periodic basis to ad-hoc committees and boards

  • Present to internal and external stakeholders status related to the Internal Control deployment

Your profile:

  • Ability to federate and develop cooperation from a variety of stakeholders in a complex environment.

  • Leadership ability in a resultoriented and collaborative environment
  • Capacity to deliver in a complex environment
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field (such as ERM, Internal Controls, Audit, Process Management, Quality, etc.)
  • Very good understanding of how Airbus Defence and Space is operating would be a plus (ie operational background with a good knowledge of Airbus business processes/ways of working)
  • Data analytics and IT skills would be an advantage
  • Negotiation level in English is required
