Pour accompagner la croissance de nos marques Hygiène & Cosmétiques sur l'ensemble des canaux digitaux, nous recherchons un Directeur E-commerce (H/F).Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vos principaux objectifs seront les suivants :
1/ Elaborer et déployer notre stratégie E-commerce & Marketplace
Formalisation de la feuille de route E-Commerce (stratégie de développement, roadmap des projets prioritaires...) en liaison avec la stratégie Groupe ;
Définition de la stratégie acquisition/activation/fidélisation ;
Définition de la stratégie Marketplace (affiliations, partenariats marchands…) ;
Mise en place des indicateurs de suivi de la performance pour optimiser le pilotage du P&L et de nos marges ;
Construction d'un processus de veille technologique, marketing digital et concurrentielle pour rester à la pointe des nouveautés et faire évoluer en permanence nos sites marchands.
2/ Superviser les opérations E-commerce
Pilotage de nos sites E-commerce (identification et déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités UX/UI pour optimisation du parcours client, sécurisation des paiements, optimisation logistique/transport/ livraison, suivi des budgets…) ;
Pilotage des relations avec les marketplaces (Amazon…) et nos partenaires e-revendeurs (Greenweez, Bébé au Naturel, sites à l'export...) ;
Déploiement et suivi de la performance des leviers webmarketing (SEO, SEA, Display, Emailing, partenariats…) ;
Mise en place d'actions commerciales « on-line » (promotions, soldes, concours…) ;
Création de contenus digitaux (vidéos, bannières…) ;
3/ Manager l'équipe E-commerce (4 personnes)
· 1 Responsable Acquisition
· 1 Chef de projet CRM
· 1 KAM Amazon
· 1 KAM E-Commerce (en cours de recrutement)
De formation supérieure (ESC ou équivalent), vous êtes un Manager expérimenté (8 à10 ans d'expérience) dans le domaine E-commerce idéalement sur des marques de Grande Consommation.
« Manager Leader », vous développez et motivez votre équipe dans un état d'esprit positif et audacieux pour favoriser l'engagement collectif et l'épanouissement de chacun ;
« Manager Collaboratif », vous travaillez étroitement avec la Direction Marketing qui est garant du positionnement de nos marques pour définir et déployer le plan d'action « Marketing Digital » ;
« Expert en Webmarketing », votre connaissance approfondie des leviers d'acquisition/de fidélisation…et de l'écosystème des marketplaces, vous permet de définir les dispositifs les plus efficients pour développer le CA E-commerce et nos marges ;
« Manager Data Driven », vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils d'analyse et vous aimez « faire parler » vos chiffres dans une logique d''amélioration continue de la performance E-commerce.
