In this role, you will be expected to:
- Understand customers' needs and guide them towards the Transoft Solutions products that best fit their requirements.
- Prospects, for them to understand the advantages of these products and their added value to the prospect's activity
- Existing users, to make sure they use these products to their full potential and become loyal users
- Provide product training to sales colleagues and resellers to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers and resellers.
- Schedule and perform classroom and online training sessions as required.
- Organize workshops to exchange information with users and prospects about our software and their implementation
- Gather feedback from users, regarding the need for new features and products, to help develop Transoft 's portfolio
- Act as the market and product/service expert during the sales cycle by bringing insight, product expertise.
- Attend company and industry events to help promote Transoft products.
- Provide technical support to customers when needed.
ABOUT YOU
- You have a bachelor's degree in civil, Transportation or other relevant engineering field
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Civil, Transportation or technical sales
- You have a history of using required languages in a professional environment
- You are a successful performer in a technical advisory/consulting role.
- You have a solid knowledge of CAD and ability to learn new products and technologies
- You have strong technical aptitude to convey product benefits to variety of customers
- You are a problem solver who enjoys explaining technical details in an understandable manners and loves winning your audience with your presentation skills.
- You act as a communication hub between the sales department and Product Management, ensuring a mínimal level of technical knowledge among sales colleagues.
- You have good interpersonal skills, communication and networking
- You have excellent command of French and English. Preferable Spanish on Level B2 minimum as well.
- You have outstanding presentation skills and ability to engage with high profile clients.
