About the job
Danone is looking for a Global Benefits Manager in the Global Reward department at the heart of Danone's Headquarters. The job is based in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann. The position is reporting to the Global Compensation, Recognition and Performance Director.


Your role:


As Global Benefits Manager, you will play a key role in the company key benefits programs, as well as Recognition and performance management, contributing to the company C&B policy and it's continuous development.


Main accountabilities:

  • Develop and deploy global benefits, policies, frameworks and programs
  • Manage the implementation of global benefits practice and policies while keeping the local context in mind
  • Ensure proper governance and communication of benefits best practices and policies across countries
  • Responsible for the annual benefits governance and benchmarking process
  • Assist the auditors and external certifying entities about Danone global benefit practices and policies
  • Responsible for benchmark studies and external vendor management, surveys to ensure Danone benefit programs are in line with the market
  • Oversee the operations and renewals of all insured benefit plans
  • Global Wellbeing & Recognition Framework
  • Actively contribute to the Danone Company Benefits Policy
  • Activate the network of C&B Managers in all CBUs worldwide: training, communication, share best practices.
  • Onboard or train new HR colleagues and business on Benefit topics
  • Analyze efficiency & optimize Benefit processes
  • Provide inputs & updates to continuously improve the content of the Benefits Policies

  • Global Providers (Generali, Global Benefit Tool providers)
About you

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ year experience in relevant positions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.)
  • Data savvy, structured, analytical
  • Intimate knowledge of international Benefits
  • Attention to detail, project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Project management capabilities (agile methodology is a plus)
  • Strong Excel, numerical and advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation & collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, French is a plus
