We are looking to recruit for our Supply chain EMEA department our:
Demand & Supply planner (W/M)

Report to Demand and supply planning manager, your overall responsibilities are:

Challenges unconstraint demand for EMEA markets on M+1 => M+12 horizon, to ensure quality of Demand for global and EMEA SOIP processes
Ensures Forecasts are consistent and reliable with S&M teams and understand gaps ;
Confirms new product Launch Impact, capture other business opportunities ;
Prepares SOIP Demand Kpi review.
Delivers the best Planning scenario for ELKEM (deliver consensus forecasts, achieve Stock targets, and optimize asset optimization) in EMEA factories & OEM/ODM, on horizon M => M+12, in coordination with global supply planning, factories and business teams
In coordination with the Global Supply Chain & the factory Supply Chain, elaborates and validates the best planning scenario for the horizon : consensus forecasts delivery, asset optimization & stocks target optimization ;
If needed (unmet demand, production stops), elaborates alternative scenarios with Factory production & Supply chain teams, to be arbitrated in SOIP.
Each month, shares the planning scenario with the business teams and fine tune if needed arbitration rules in EMEA scope ;
If needed, elaborated alternative scenarios, to be arbitrated in SOIP.
Prepares the consolidation of SOIP Planning KPI review (capacity/asset optimization, unmet demand, OTIF, etc.).
Ensures the monthly planning is executed by factories
Ensures arbitration in case of shortage management between EMEA markets and Interco markets ;
Supply Chain Trading Goods (TBC) : In relationship with factories and tollers, ensures the delivery of finished goods for customers on the full supply chain endtoend.
Continuous improvement
Ensures the planning parameters are consistent vs market and factory : target stocks, Capacity vs product mix, OEE target vs real OEE, etc ;
OFT/VCO key user role: ensures training of new comers, registration and followup of resolution of evolutions/issues on OFT/VCO and related KPIs in Power BI.

Your profile ?
- "Master's degree" with a specialization in Supply Chain or equivalent knowledge acquired on the job (or equivalent)

At least 3 to 4 years of Demand or Supply Planning function
Understanding of Supply Chain industrial, physical and information flows
Interest for IT tools
English (fluent), other language(s) advantageous

Personal skills

Organizes and Drives his/her activity to achieve his/her targets

Capability to synthetize and restitute

Decides, mobilizes and follows-up:
- knowledge of an effective horizontal and vertical communication throughout the organization
- influencing without direct leadership, open mind to new/different ideas
