    Description

    The Crew Network, the recruitment division of the leading global luxury yacht brokerage company Fraser Yachts, has an Internship opportunity:

    Crewing Assistant Intern keen to work in the recruitment (search and selection) side of luxury yachting.

    • We ideally wish to hire from March 2026 for 6 months.
    • Our office is upbeat with a daily influx of captains and crew seeking employment. You would be part of a small, young, international, and friendly team. You should be confident and a genuine person, happy to face candidates daily as they come into the office. You will be the first point of contact for the crew who walk in.
    • The opportunity provides a good overview of this very busy sector of luxury yachting.
    • The candidate MUST have fluent written and spoken English (ideally with additional language/s).
    • This is an assistant-type role (reception, office and phone/admin tasks, with cutting-edge CRM upkeep and data transfer from the previous CRM/social media postings/candidate vetting and profile updates). You will also have the opportunity to participate in interviewing candidates (in person or via Visio) and learn the ropes of the yachting industry.
    • Participation in industry events if required.

    Duties may be adjusted according to the intern's skillset.

    Character

    A true people person, a go-getter, ready to learn about the fast-paced luxury business sector.

    Requirements: You must have a South of France base and be enrolled in a French university that allows you to undertake an internship.

    Remuneration: A contribution will be paid as per French regulation requirements. This is a 35-hour working week. The office is based in Antibes, and this position does not allow teleworking.
