Description
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business group leader, external partners and internal colleagues.
- Maintain the relationship with current customers by visiting customers physically, dig out potential opportunity with current customers;
- To increase active customers with Ingredients4u platform, following up with leads and develop new business opportunities with leads;
- Collect market information, build market analysis to operate marketing proposals; Realize O2O customer development.
- Educate current customers and new customers to use Ingredients4u platform for business operation, including but not limited to inquiries, documents check, inventory check, order placement.
Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above with business operation / E-Commerce / International Trading / Nutrition, Food Industry Relevant Major
Fluency and excellent command in French and English( +Italian is an advantage)
At least 3 years working experience of sales, marketing, E-Commerce relevant position; Preferred in food / nutrition / pharmaceutical industry;
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
EU driver's license required
