Client Engagement Manager - Remote - France

Our mission is to grow and strengthen the Client Engagement Team in order to ensure we have strong customer relationships that bring about business retention and growth


Aspire Software is hiring for a Client Engagement Manager to focus on increasing customer satisfaction and product adoption, leading to a positive customer experience, and driving growth through renewals and net retention improvements.

The remit includes Customer Support, where the focus is on building a Support model that underpins the Customer Success goals.

The support team is multinational and needs to be built to provide support aligned to customer expectations; multi-time zone; provision for out-of-hours, and multilingual.

What your day will look like:

  • The core purpose of this role is to focus on increasing customer satisfaction and product adoption, leading to a positive customer experience, and driving growth through renewals and net retention improvements
  • The support team is multinational and needs to be built to provide support aligned to customer expectations; multitime zone; provision for outofhours and multilingual
  • Implement customer success metrics establishing the criteria for our customer success metrics across our customer base and ensuring we are measuring and improving them
  • These metrics will include aspects of satisfaction, adoption, usage, and retention
  • Driving change through successful processes, helping develop playbooks and engagement strategies with your teammates in sales, marketing, implementation, and product to drive expansion, renewals, customer satisfaction and overall customer health
  • You'll reduce revenue churn and drive retention through greater advocacy
  • Setting new customers up for success and driving adoption and engagement in product
  • Meet the needs of the evolving customer expectations and product capabilities
  • Working across sales, marketing, implementation, and product to drive expansion, renewals, customer satisfaction and overall customer health

About you:


  • Proficient in our software offering and must have a general understanding of software development and support in, MS Suite, Salesforce, Jira
  • Ability to clearly communicate with others and set the right expectations with their team
  • Travel required predominately across EMEA up to 30%
  • Degree qualification preferred within a technical discipline
  • Project Management qualifications preferred
  • Proven project management skillset essential Professional level of communication in English is essential
  • Confident in leading meetings and skilled presenter
  • Experience working with global virtual teams
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams across multiple projects
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit and pacesetter traits
  • 35 years of crossfunctional project management experience in the software sector, within the aviation sector, which is essential
  • Bring a proven entrepreneurial spirit and pacesetter traits
  • Excellent Leadership, communication, organizational skills and writing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • At least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential with an additional European language; French, Spanish or Danish highly desirable
  • A "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards problemsolving
  • Goaloriented with comfort in setting measurable goals for others and him/herself
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • Ability and willingness to create change, passion for continuous improvement
  • Legally authorized to work in France
