Missions:

Junior Legal Counsel will provide a pro-active legal support under the supervision of General Counsel to the business and operations activities of the Head Quarters and operational units in France,

The scope will cover on a regular basis supplier and client contract matters (contrat reviews, active contract negotiations and drafting), corporate matters (board and general meeting, annual reports preparation, power of attorney, general corporate administration, transactional activities), compliance (Code of Ethics, anti-corruption and regulatory compliance), disputes and litigations management and general day-to-day advice to the management team.

The Junior Legal Counsel will have excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills.

Important focus is given to the contractual and commercial negotiations with suppliers, partners and other relevant stakeholders, either supporting or leading negotiation.

In addition, the Junior Legal Counsel, under the guidance of General Counsel, will provide legal support to activities in hydrogen sector (regulatory watch, choice of the most relevant business model, public financing, Consortia and partnership agreements), as well as support to other functions, such as Manufacturing, Facilities, Finance & Treasury, Tendering, etc.

Must Have

Llaw degree bar admittance (CAPA)

years of legal experience in dynamic corporate or law firm structure;

Acquired work experience in construction projects, project finance and complex contract negotiation;
Strong written (including contract/legal drafting) and oral communication skills in French and English;
Ability to deliver highquality work within a short timeframe;
Ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels, locations and responsibilities.
