At Beamy, we're on a journey, managing an ever-increasing clientele and striving to fortify our expertise around Beamy Core.

To accomplish this, the PS team needs to be strengthened and we are looking for an experienced and talented Solution Expert.

As a Solutions Expert at Beamy, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of SaaS management.

You'll be at the forefront, taking responsibility for all project management of the platform implementation, shaping a landscape where innovation and customer success intersect.

You'll work closely with the data team & CS team.

Our clients are large accounts in industry, retail, banking, and insurance.

You'll work with a spectrum of individuals, including operational personnel and high-level executives such as CIOs, Purchasing officers, DPOs, CISOs, and more.

During a typical week, you will:

Partner with customers to lead the Build phase of our projects (60%)**:Supervise and coordinate the platform implementation project (Technical feasibility, Use-cases to answer, Security & compliance approvals, set up platforms workshops, Onboard key users: training & follow-up to ensure usage of our platform )
Dig into our clients' data to find SaaS usage, helped by algorithm and ML results (20%)
Lead projects to improve our knowledge base's reach and quality (create documentation to empower customers (20%)

Must have to succeed on the job:

If you've already managed projects with stakeholders from IT departments, there's no doubt that you'll thrive in this position.

It will be easier for you to succeed in the missions if:

You have technical skills, you understand the challenges of implementation, particularly when the platform integrates realtime data.
You create strong and efficient relationships with technical experts and know how to drive a customer relation.
You are fluent in French
