Job summary
The EMEA Payroll Specialist must be professional and confident in working with individuals at all levels of the organization and external vendors and customers.
Responsibilities
- Management of assigned regional payrolls ensuring consistent processes followed any issues resolved and all employees paid correctly on time
- Establish maintain relationships with external payroll bureaus including monitoring service levels.li>Prepare monthly payroll journals
- Earnsure payroll associated payments ie tax pension etc are approved paid within correct timeframes(li)RSU/Stock option processingli_Work with team managers to create update maintain effective SOPs/li_>Ensure efficient handling of all payroll related queries/li_Assist preparation submission statutory reporting including year end activities working closely partners both internal external/li_Provide support cover other team members within payroll department li_Work project management successfully deliver Fortinets' payroll roadmap including moving new payroll partner ADP transformation EMEA payoal function automation standardisation
