Position Duties

Requirements:

Create the game design documents in close collaboration with the Creative Director and explain and enrich them through interactions with developers and artists
Maintain a high level of quality while working with design and technical constraints
Practice iterative design techniques to integrate player feedback and playtest data
Identify challenges with gameplay mechanics, game content, workflow processes and find creative solutions with the player's needs firmly in mind to ensure anything developed by the team contributes to an engaging player experience

Desired Skills:

At least 3+ years in a Game Designer role with at least one shipped title
Extensive content and systems design relevant experience
Ability to create meaningful systems and impactful related content
Creative and innovation mindset to explore, make new ideas come to life
Communication skills and ability to work as a team member
Strong proficiency in analytical and formal thinking
Proactive, organized and good planning skills

Pluses

Experience or interest in designing cooperative and/or multiplayer experiences
A keen interest in the scifi genre

Last, but not least :
absolute passion for making computer games
