The is Visual merchandiser/ Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for executing and guaranteeing that both the visual and commercial displaying are executed exceptionally in the designated stores.

Evaluates levels of product stock for the correct replacement, collect and communicates information to the SALES TEAM to guarantee a visual image and commercial efficiency adapted to each store.

It is also the link between the customer and the sales team STICHD in the store.

The Marketplace Coodinator / Visual Merchandiser will focus on Key Accounts and potential key partners in their area.


Your Mission

• Be a competent contact person and an active part in driving communication between our customers onsite, the sales team and the Retail marketing coordinators.
• Be responsible for your own travels, be on the road min 4 days a week and do frequent store visits.
• Carrying out area checks and optimization in terms of location and product presentation on shopfloor.
• Drive sales by the help of optimizing assortments plans, stock levels and replenishment process in general.
• Identify and analyze key figures and initiate appropriate action steps.
• Support creating seasonal assortment plans and execute accordingly by doing the merchandising on the shopfloor.
• Plan execute and update SIS and branded areas and implement seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Training of sales staff on shopfloor.

Your Talent

• Professional experience in retail clerk
• High degree of flexibility and mobility
• Willing to travel 80%
• Friendly in dealing with customers, colleagues and superiors
• Good understanding of trading indicators
• Organizational talent and the ability to concentrate on the essentials even in difficult situations
• Goaloriented and reliable work with high selfmotivation
• Native French Speaking and English on high proficiency level
• Possession of a valid driving licence

Pay: 30,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
