Job Description:

As a Sales Analyst within Accor Global Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights to understand business opportunities and help driving incremental business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing actionable insights and recommendations to the account managers based on data analysis and market trend.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand market trends to help build sales strategies
Building methodology and establish sales forecasts to assist with resources and budget planning across all Sales segments.
Delivering monthly reporting and performance analysis to sales clients
Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and reports
Supporting client negotiation with scenario modelization
Regular meeting with crossfunctional teams, such as sales client's departments or Business Performance teams to gather and analyze relevant data for sales analysis
Preparation and participation in the different sales segment calls for performance review
Ahdoc impact analysis to feed top management discussion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proven experience (including internship) as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role ideally within the hospitality industry
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams
