- Support in the preparation of the VP's presentations and assist him/her during meetings
- Logistics : shipment of supplies
- Organize and manage meeting/event logistics: send invitations, reserve rooms, meal trays, etc.
- Order management and supplier referencing
- Mail management
- Entering expense claims on the dedicated tool : strong relations with suppliers.
- Integration of new arrivals in the department, HR admin management (leave, vacation, RTT)
- Creation and editing of department newsletter
- You are available in June/July/August/September for a 1-year apprenticeship contract.
- You have one year's professional experience and are fluent in English.
- You are at ease with MAC, computer tools (PowerPoint and Excel) and Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign are a plus.
- You are autonomous, dynamic, discreet, organized and a team player.
- You are at ease with IT tools.

The EMEA regional headquarters is looking for a new Eating Assistant M/F.
Working in the Retail Design Development Center (RDDC), you will assist the Vice President and his assistant on a wide variety of projects.
