RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES

Reporting

Lead the monthly consolidation for the Division (P&L, B/S, FCF, KPIs) and analysis of financial reporting from Lighting closing, forecast and budget.
Deliver high quality presentations explaining key drivers and results (main variances to budget or prior year) to Top Management.
Ensure all accounting aspects of the businesses are being properly performed by the accounting Teams and reflected in the accounts
Provide accurate and timely financial information under the specific deadlines

Analysis, Forecast and Planning:

Analyzing and preparing financial statements, including profitandloss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and statements of financial position
Analysis of key financial ratios of each Region such as working capital
In conjunction with the Finance Manager, inform in a timely manner Top Management and any department of the Group and Regions financial performance to drive decision making and influence the business
Prepare quarterly profitability analysis for product / customer portfolio,
Working with individual departments to prepare budget and consolidate them into one overall Division budget
Performing ad hoc / smartview reporting and analysis and investigative issues to support key decision makers.

Others

In conjunction with the Finance Manager, manage all accounting related matters, financial analysis and planning to support business development.
Driving process efficiency by developing new reporting/controlling tools, to support Management and improve overall process efficiency within the Division.
Cash flow projection coordination for all Division countries
Coordinates with Consolidation team to ensure proper Group reporting.
Support adhoc projects within crossfunctional Team as needed.
Provide continuous improvement of current processes, explaining and communicating your findings

PROFILE REQUESTED

Required knowledge, skill, and abilities

Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Interest in systems and ability to quickly adapt to new Tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling simple communication of complex topics
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
High level of selfmotivation; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished and resourcefulness to get things done.
English is mandatory to join a finance team dedicated to monitoring a worldwide scope of operations.

Education and experience

Master's degree in Finance (Business School, University.)
At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst/Controller in an industrial international environment or in Big Four company
