Your role:


As a key member of the
Revenue Leadership Team, the
Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expansion, and retention strategies.

You will be leading a dynamic team composed of Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Account Managers (30 people so far with a target of 60 people by the end of 2024) and will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and customer experience


How you'll make an impact:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the industry and competitive landscape to inform and implement scalable go-to-market strategies, while ensuring organizational structure aligns with hyper-growth goals.

Focused Revenue Growth: Take charge of revenue acquisition, expansion, and retention, particularly in the French and adjacent markets, by developing robust sales strategies for various healthcare facility segments.

Dynamic Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of performance, autonomy, accountability, and continuous development.

Dedicated Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture superior customer relationships, acting as their advocate within the company and integrating their feedback to enhance our solutions.

Operational Excellence in Sales: Drive sales performance through effective processes, reporting, and tools in collaboration with the Revenue Operations Team, fostering a unique and collaborative work environment.


What we're looking for:

Seasoned Leadership: Over 10 years of experience in leading high-growth B2B companies, particularly in multi-product software sectors, with proven success in sales, strategy, and team management.

Strategic Sales Focus: Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business growth, alongside building and guiding high-performing sales teams.

Comprehensive Skillset: Tech-savvy with a strong interest in transformative technologies, an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, and exceptional bilingual communication skills in English and French.
