Overview:
**Missions**:

- Troubleshoot, maintain and install various Workstation equipment or tools.
- Have a role of advisor and trainer for the users of these tools**.**

**Technicien de Maintenance Bureautique**

**Missions**:

- Effectuer le dépannage, l'entretien et l'installation des divers équipements ou outils bureautiques.
- Avoir un rôle de conseil et de formateur pour les utilisateurs de ces outils.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have the autonomy to intervene in customer.
- Have a rigorous work methodology.
- Know how to work in a team.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction (behaviour, reporting, listening and communication).
- Respect contractual commitments (SLAs) and specific processes.
- Respect the technical and administrative procedures related to the different types of interventions.
- Diagnose remotely a software or hardware computer malfunction.
- Identify the resources needed to resolve a malfunction.
- Assist a user and take control of the remote system to resolve a malfunction.
- Replace or repair a faulty device or item
- Set the workstation to the needs of the user and perform the functional tests.
- Inform the tools of follow-up of intervention and to make a report of intervention.
- Act in the context of various operating environment (Windows, Linux)
- Perform at the end of each intervention a report of activity according to the procedures.
- Having an electrical habitation, working off and live jobs would be a plus.

- Avoir l'autonomie pour intervenir en clientèle.
- Avoir une méthodologie de travail rigoureuse.
- Travailler en équipe.
- Contribuer à la satisfaction client (comportement, reporting, écoute et communication).
- Respecter les engagements contractuels (SLA) et les processus spécifiques.
- Respecter les procédures techniques et administratives liées aux différents types d'interventions.
- Effectuer à la fin de chaque intervention un compte-rendu d'activité conforme aux procédures.
- Diagnostiquer à distance un dysfonctionnement informatique logiciel ou matériel.
- Repérer les ressources nécessaires à la résolution du dysfonctionnement.
- Assister l'utilisateur et prendre le contrôle du système à distance pour résoudre le dysfonctionnement.
- Remplacer ou réparer un ensemble ou un élément défectueux
- Paramétrer le poste de travail aux besoins de l'utilisateur et réaliser les tests de fonctionnement.
- Agir dans le cadre d'environnement d'exploitation divers (Windows, Linux )
- Renseigner les outils de suivi d'intervention et réaliser un compte rendu d'intervention.
- Avoir une habilitation électrique serait un plus

Qualifications:
**Profile**:

- Collaborator with a strong motivation to evolve in a customer mobile business
- Autonomous with a technical education
- Comprehension of English (read, written, spoken)
- Minimum knowledge of IT and office technologies
- Availability, geographical mobility
- Driving licence Category B is imperative
- Two-year post-baccalaureate diploma (Bac + 2)

- Disponibilité, mobilité géographique
- Permis VL impératif
- Bac + 2
