Window Project Manager

SHORT TERM CONTRACT - September

Within the Creative Visual Experience and reporting to the Window Team, the Window Project Manager develop, coordinate, and create animations for Retail and Specialists (Wholesales) networks, in collaboration with the Senior Window Manager and CVE Director, in regard to Cartier International Communication and Marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management

Define creative brief to external agencies, in collaboration with the Senior Window Manager, to develop ephemeral display materials and instore animations in consistency with the annual marketing launch plan & the Communication strategy.
Define and develop ephemeral guidelines to ensure quality and operational excellence in each external window (Boutiques and POS).
Ensure coordination and collaboration with the Store Visual Merchandising department to guarantee animations' good location instore and to be in line with assortment guidelines.
Adapt and develop visual and digital tools for both Retail and Specialists, in line with Brand content assets and with the animation calendar.
Evaluate the implementation of the animations to set up reporting, analyze VM actions results to share with HQ main actors and concerned markets.
Follow and respect deadlines and allocated budget

Production and logistic

Define brief to CI purchasing department to produce new decors and display materials. Follow up on prototype development to ensure and control conformity, quality & costs.
Collaborate with CI Purchasing department to ensure a CSR approach during all the development process until destruction. Challenge, analyze and share evaluations.
Coordinate and follow up with Cartier Operations regarding timeline and costs.

Communication with markets

Coordinate and advise our 23 markets all around the world
Ensure markets follow up on animations display materials implementation to ensure consistency with Cartier International requirements and guidelines in terms of cost, image, quality, and timeline particularities.

Profile

Following a Master's Degree in Communication or Business School, you have at least a 1-year experience in a Visual Merchandisind or Store Design Planning position in luxury ideally in an international environment.

You are humble, involved and solution driven.

As a project manager, you are socially agile, flexible able to federate around your projects. You like working with others and are known for your persuasion skills.

Autonomous, organized and rigorous, you adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize your projects.

Fluent in English
