What are our expectations?

Within the Retail Expertise department, reporting to the High Jewelry Development Manager, you contribute to the creation and development of the High Jewelry action plans and retail programs to be implemented at the regional and local level.

During the High Jewelry international events, you support the High Jewelry client portfolio, and you participate in the preparation of the events with all the internal teams (Marketing, Communication, Client, etc.).

Through a close understanding of the High Jewelry business in regions, you contribute to the creation of upskilling programs for the High Jewelry Sales Associates to support the development of the business and guarantee the level of excellence and service in line with the Maison Retail strategy.

You coordinate the deployment of these programs to the Retail High Jewelry community and contribute to animate this community.

You also manage the organization of the trainings organized centrally, in terms of content and logistic.

You monitor the results and impacts of all actions and programs to anticipate relevant evolutions.
