Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Région, vous êtes le/la référent(e) RH du site. Vous accompagnez les collaborateurs au quotidien et assurez la gestion complète de l'administration du personnel, ainsi que le suivi des éléments variables de paie en lien avec le service paie central.
En lien étroit avec le Responsable RH régional et les équipes du siège, vous participez également au déploiement des campagnes RH nationales (entretiens annuels, formation, handicap…).
A Ce Titre, Vos Missions Sont Les Suivantes
Recrutement
- Piloter les recrutements des collaborateurs non cadres du site
- Gérer l'ensemble du processus jusqu'à l'intégration
Administration du personnel
- Rédiger les contrats de travail et avenants
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers collaborateurs
- Gérer les relations avec les organismes externes (médecine du travail, mutuelle, prévoyance, Action Logement, etc.)
Paie & gestion des temps
- Collecter et contrôler les éléments variables de paie
- Assurer la gestion des données GTA en lien avec les managers
- Être l'interface avec le service paie central
Relations sociales
- Assurer le suivi administratif du CSE
- Participer aux réunions préparatoires avec la direction
- Préparer les éléments demandés
Pilotage RH
- Suivre les indicateurs RH du site
- Recueillir les besoins en formation
- Suivre les habilitations
Profil recherché
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +2 minimum en Ressources Humaines et vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en droit du travail et en gestion de la paie.
Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de paie, GTA et SIRH.
Vous êtes une personne organisée, réactive, discrète et dotée d'un bon sens des priorités. La qualité de service et le contact terrain sont importants pour vous.
