As part of Mazars' global transformation, we are seeking an international-minded and highly motivated
Corporate Sustainability intern who will help manage and drive sustainability initiatives across countries where Mazars operates.

Mazars internal sustainability strategy rests on 4 key pillars:
Integrity & Responsibility, People, Climate & Environment and Community impact.


This is an exciting role where the intern will support the implementation of Mazars' key sustainability projects while also contributing new ideas for its future strategy.

Working closely with our Global Head of Corporate Sustainability, s/he will:


  • Assist in the development of the group's strategy, targeted action plans, managing reporting and tracking progress on key sustainability indicators, particularly for the Integrity & Responsibility, and Community impact pillars.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sustainability projects across Mazars, coordinating between Group and countries to support the deployment of Mazars' sustainability strategy and ensure alignment with key goals.
  • Foster crossfunctional collaboration and engage with relevant teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Assist in the development of key performance indicators to measure the impact and success of sustainability projects.
  • Support in the identification of industry and country best practices as well as the implementation of innovative solutions to advance Mazars' sustainability goals, for example, the deployment of Mazars' future supplier engagement tool and business travel management tool.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, strategic memos, presentations, policy guidelines and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of the Group's annual sustainability report, the execution of the data collection process, the enhancement of Mazars' sustainability dashboards and the analysis of gathered data.
  • Plan and coordinate regular communication sessions at a global level to drive engagement across Mazars' corporate sustainability community, update internal teams on sustainability performance, share countryspecific best practices, and disseminate the latest versions of policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal/external communication assets that highlight Mazars' sustainability achievements, goals, and impact, tailoring messages for various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Mazars's supplier due diligence process by assessing supplier performance across different ESG criteria and sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries and requests for information, maintaining open lines of communication and providing guidance where needed.

Qualifications Desired skills and experience**- Bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability, project management, business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the execution of sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and problemsolving skills to address challenges during project implementation.
  • Comfortable using digital tools to gather and analyze data
  • Motivated to work in a truly international environment with a strong understanding of cultural differences
  • Cando attitude with an inclination towards action, anticipating needs and proposing innovative solutions
  • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to deliver under pressure with short deadlines
  • Perfectly fluent English, both oral and written, French and other languages are a plus
  • Fully proficient in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
