    Description

    Mission

    Reporting directly to the management of the CentreNational d'Etudes Spatiales (French Space Agency) / Guyana Space Center (CNES/CSG),the Quality-Reliability department is responsible for controlling the risksassociated with the services provided by CNES/CSG, during launch campaigns.

    The Quality-Reliability department acts in allareas of activity, it deals with the application of the quality standard inday-to-day operation, during campaigns as well as in the context of maintenanceand development of infrastructures. It ensures control of the operating safetycharacteristics of infrastructures under development and in operation. Itcontributes to the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System,in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

    The holder will be responsible for the Continuous Improvement of CNES/CSG QualityProcesses.

    He will be askedto :

  • Optimizethe performance of CNES/CSG Quality processes,
  • Promotecontinuous quality improvement, by leading working groups dedicated to processsimplification,
  • Develop,lead, plan, coordinate, monitor progress action plans, improvement andproblem-solving projects,
  • Deploycontinuous improvement methods, such as LEAN tools,
  • Participatein the integration of new tools or operating methods,
  • Define,implement and monitor process performance indicators.
  • Analyze andsuggest improvements on the existing procedures / instructions.

    • Profil

    Generalist engineer (or equivalent), withknowledge of the field of continuous improvement, and associated tools (LEAN,PDCA, 6 sigma...)

    Skills :

    Continuous improvement, innovation.

    Diplomacy and ability to persuade.

    Curious, desire to discover new areas

    Languages :
