    We are looking for our future Head of Programmatic Trading Europe

    YOUR CORE DUTIES

    • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of our European trading team providing priorities, guidance, and mentorship to ensure they meet delivery and performance targets
    • Execute campaign set up across various platforms, campaign performance monitoring, and optimizing strategies (60% of your time)
    • Responsible for the outputs of the trading department for our business units (countries)
    • Allocate trading resources depending on the business priorities and workload in each country
    • Manage the relationship with external partners supplementing our team when business requires it
    • Collaborate with the Head of CS/Account Managers to develop media trading strategies aligned with the campaign goals and objectives of our Tier 1 clients
    • Contribute to improving our internal monitoring and reporting suite
    • Stay updated with Industry Trends: keeping abreast of industry trends, changes in advertising technologies, platform updates, and new tools to ensure the agency remains competitive and utilizes the latest advancements
    • Cross-functional collaboration: collaborating with other departments like creative teams, account management, and product teams to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution of campaigns.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

    • At least 5 years of professional experience in a trading desk (agency or sales house)
    • 2 years of successful professional experience as a Team leader/manager in the programmatic digital advertising space
    • International experience is a plus
    • Hands-on experience with the main DSPs available in the market
    • Proven track record in establishing and deploying best practices across campaign setup, QA/troubleshooting, and reporting
    • A solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem is mandatory
    • A basic understanding of the digital out-of-home ecosystem
    • Hands-on experience is a plus
    • Familiar with any of the leading brand safety/fraud prevention/attention measurement platform
    • English and French proficiency are mandatory
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
