AVENTA Group is a French/Italian Engineering Company specializing in the Offshore Energy market.


We provide Engineering support and Consultancy services for Major operators and EPCI contractors such as: ENI, TOTAL, SAIPEM, SUBSEA 7 for Offshore Oil&Gas industry and PRYSMIAN, VATTENFALL, ENGIE for offshore wind farms industry.

We are actively recruiting Engineers and Technicians to cover an important workload in France, Italy or the UK.

Aventa is looking for 2 Naval Architects (within a mooring specialist) on behalf of one of its client:
The position requested involves carrying out various types of calculation:

  • Intact stability and damage
  • Anchoring calculations
  • Hydrodynamic calculations.

WORK TO BE DONE

  • The studies consist of carrying out:
  • Balancing load cases, intact stability and damage calculations on supply vessels or floating wind turbines.
  • Hydrodynamic calculations.
The studies include calculations of movements/accelerations on offshore barges/vessels.

  • Anchoring calculations
for floating wind turbines.

  • The deliverables will take the form of computational data, technical documents...

Qualifications
MSc in Naval engineering
