The Bespoke / Structured Loan Department of RiverBank's Paris Branch originates, structures and monitors loans to French SMEs.

As part of the Department, the Origination team aims at originating deal opportunities through a network of partners and intermediaries: debt advisors, M&A advisors, debt brokers, private equity funds, banks.

RiverBank is looking for a highly-motivated Senior Originator / Sales profile to strengthen the Paris based Origination team to boost its growth and development on the French market.

Primary Responsibilities:_

Building and maintaining a network of distribution partners: debt and M&A advisors, banks, accountants, private equity funds, etc
Sourcing new loan opportunities from the network
Adjusting the origination strategy based on prevailing market conditions and market opportunities and to the bank's risk appetite and strategy
Signal market trends
Propose and help develop new ideas, new products and new solutions

Skills required:_

4 to 10 yearrelevant prior experience in debt advisory, M&A advisory, corporate finance, structured finance, leveraged finance or private banking
Excellent relationship and communication skills
Sound credit and risk approach
Enjoys team work, thrives in a fast paced environment
Experience of the French SMEs and midcap / lower midcap environment is a plus
Goaldriven and peopleoriented
Fluent French and English speaker
