SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

You will be responsible for


As an RTA Analyst, your role is to support the Finance CCF organization in executing accounting, internal audits and controls, as well as complying with tax and regulatory requirements, including monthly closing and other GL activities, while ensuring compliance with local and central regulations and needs.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Recording and compliance: Ensuring that all transactions and activities, including accounting, are recorded and completed in accordance with local regulations and other requirements and policies, including US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
  • Collaboration and communication: Working closely with internal and external counterparts to ensure the accuracy of responses provided for any inquiries, whether for audits, PurchasetoPay (PTP) and OrdertoCash (OTC) processes, internal affairs, or external consultants.
  • Monthly closing and reporting: Facilitating and performing monthly closing activities, reviews, local reconciliations, and reporting processes.
  • Autonomy and adherence to deadlines: Carrying out tasks relatively independently, while adhering to internal and external company policies and meeting deadlines.
  • Support for procurement activities: Collaborating with the SSC PTP team to support activities related to ProcuretoPay (P2P), including expense management, expense accounting, and compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA) for Non-Purchase Order (NOPO) expenses.

You have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance.
  • Graduate in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and SOX controls.
  • Proven experience with local legal obligations, taxes, and US GAAP.
  • Prior experience in an international company.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office software.


Languages:
French (English is a plus).
