In a context of a constantly changing, highly competitive environment, supporting the EME retail and e-commerce offering teams, the EME Marketing & Communication Department is implementing all the 360° levers (RP, media, social media, events).


  • You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_
1) Define and implement the qualified traffic focus generation strategy focus on sales to support the development of new e-commerce sites in the EME region

  • Deploy and drive all Web and App customer acquisition and performance campaigns while managing the associated budget
  • Drive and optimize the most relevant traffic levers (SEA, Programmatic, Affiliation, Retargeting, App Download, etc.) with ROAS and qualified traffic objectives to support CA generation in the EME region
  • Ensure this deployment in close collaboration with local offices, our media/performance agencies and our central digital team;
  • Manage Alwayson campaigns by capitalizing on the sales leadership plan and the news of our partner brands; optimize the performance of these campaigns continuously to guarantee the execution of the expected turnover with an optimal ROAS
  • Ensure synergies with SEO and the Animation team that develops online content to maximize our organic traffic
2) Manage Performance media agencies

  • Define, manage and challenge performance media agencies: establish performance and acquisition briefs, Implement and optimize alwayson campaigns focus on ROAS
  • Ensure the execution of media plans in accordance with our Media guidelines, in conjunction with media agencies, local offices, creative services and the Offer; optimize processes continuously for better operational efficiency and performance.
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign success: establish regular campaign reviews consolidating key information (media plan, investments, KPIs key to performance), and identify key insights and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Ensure in the area concerned the budgetary and operational monitoring of the performance campaigns with the media manager (sharing of the crosscategory calendar, monthly budget monitoring)
  • Lead the relationship with our partner agencies
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects: contribute to the harmonisation of allocation models, the deployment of 1st party data in campaigns on the region, and the optimisation of ROI tracking tools/solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Digital Performance Expertise
  • Fluent in English
  • 45 years of minimum experience on digital major accounts in performance agency, or in a retailer/pure player/digital branch with digital purchasing/traffic expertise
  • International experience would be appreciated
- _ Good understanding of digital challenges in campaign deployment_
- _ Good command of Offline media purchasing and other levers as well as its KPI's _
- _Good command of the main Performance levers (SEA, Retargeting, Affiliation, Performance display) and SEO _
- _Good technical expertise (data, technologies, tools, analytics)_
- _ Good digital culture_
- _ An e-commerce site launch experience in a new market would be a plus_
