eCommerce businesses selling diversified products on well-known global marketplaces like Amazon as well as expanding their brands on large domestic consumer platforms.

This role provides a great opportunity to acquire experience, expertise and an international reach in eCommerce industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administer the setting up of new clients and organise the VAT registration documents.
Experience in communicating with clients over the phone.
Monitoring and tracking enquiries and leads from inbound mail.
Carry out administrative tasks required by Global Indirect Tax Manager.
Effectively manage new client set ups via Telephone, Website and Online forms.
Assist the department in achieving the overall sales target in line with business strategy.
Provide input in upselling opportunities for the department.
Work effectively with colleagues who are in mainland Europe.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

Native or Business proficiency / fluent in French and English.
Good Administrative working experience.
Experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Strong organisational skills, quick thinker and fast learner.
Works well in a small team as well as independently, enthusiastic and selfdriven.
Excellent multitasking ability, professional and punctual.
