eCommerce businesses selling diversified products on well-known global marketplaces like Amazon as well as expanding their brands on large domestic consumer platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer the setting up of new clients and organise the VAT registration documents.
- Experience in communicating with clients over the phone.
- Monitoring and tracking enquiries and leads from inbound mail.
- Carry out administrative tasks required by Global Indirect Tax Manager.
- Effectively manage new client set ups via Telephone, Website and Online forms.
- Assist the department in achieving the overall sales target in line with business strategy.
- Provide input in upselling opportunities for the department.
- Work effectively with colleagues who are in mainland Europe.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Native or Business proficiency / fluent in French and English.
- Good Administrative working experience.
- Experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, quick thinker and fast learner.
- Works well in a small team as well as independently, enthusiastic and selfdriven.
- Excellent multitasking ability, professional and punctual.
