An exciting opportunity to join our team on a cover basis as Travel Services Product Manager has arisen.

Eurostar Travel Services is a newly (re) launched activity within Eurostar, dedicated to offering enhanced services to customers to complement their train journey across our routes and markets.

The first product to relaunch is the luggage and bike transportation services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on growth and value creation for both Eurostar and the customers.

For the avoidance of any doubt, please note that the scope of this role does not include responsibility for our digital products.


  • Internal Use only
  • This position is a Grade E1 and there is flexibility for role to be based in Brussels, London or Paris._

Requirements:

We are looking for someone to...

  • Oversee the day to day travel services product and identify continuous improvement for it.
  • Report on cost and revenue to the Head of Pricing and Product
  • Manage the day to day relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement the plan for extension to other stations (London <> Brussels essentially)
  • Quality review of the delivery of the product including working alongside insight teams and "mystery shopper" initiatives alongside the customer care and customer experience teams
  • Work collaboratively with customerfacing teams and connect with other teams as required across the business to continuously develop the endtoend experience, and lead delivery through cross functional teams.
  • Follow on contracts with supplier directly involved in the product delivery ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Extend the product and finalise the relaunch of the Brussels <> London route
  • Act as the train services product referent within the company, improving internal and external awareness and monitor the KPIs.
  • Work closely with sales partners to identify opportunities to grow volume

You'll need...

  • Substantial project and/or project management experience
  • Ability to engage with different stakeholders, communicate a common vision to ensure buyin at each level. Follow up on budget, planning and scope. Identify risks and can escalate issues when necessary.
  • Be able to dive quickly in details for design as well as implementation, show initiative in solving issues and report transparently on them to allow quick escalation if needed
  • Ability to perform performance analysis excel based reporting
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Comfortable using Excel and presenting with Power point or similar tools
  • Strong customer focus and able to design customercentric products and solutions
