- Manage credit card transactions meticulously, reconciling statements and invoices promptly to maintain financial integrity.
- Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, accurately calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration efficiently using Yardi Voyager software.
- Handle vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments and cultivating positive vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays promptly.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets as needed.
- Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Thorough understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations
