Support Analyst in La Défense

  • To support the apprentice in the acquisition of a real professional experience, to help him to evaluate and put into action his theoretical knowledge within a team.
  • Purpose
  • Provide support in the maintenance as well as in the management of the Nexans assets repository within a European team
  • Responsibilities And Tasks:
  • Prepare and install hardware and/or software for computer systems and networks
  • Diagnose and correct malfunctions described by users
  • Carry out the integration of new components in compliance with the norms and and standards
  • Follow up on incidents
  • Write documentation for users
  • Assist / train users
  • Build up knowledge bases of incidents
  • Ensure the management of the assets
  • Expected results:
  • Ability to apprehend a situation, to find a solution, by an adapted, effective and
- intellectual approach adapted, efficient and reasoned and/or intuitive in order to solve a problem
