    Vos missions au quotidien :

    Au sein de la Direction Commerciale P&C, nous recherchons un Directeur de Clientèle Assurances P&C dont les missions seraient les suivantes :

    – Garantir les résultats commerciaux (chiffres d'affaires et rentabilité) d'un portefeuille confié.

    – Contribuer au maintien du portefeuille, tout en instaurant une relation de confiance auprès des assurés.

    – Analyser les risques des clients pour leur proposer les meilleures garanties et toutes évolutions nécessaires au contrat existant.

    – Assurer la vente en saturation des clients et assurer des études conceptuelles.

    – Assurer la coordination de la relation avec le client, en liaison avec les autres directions d'Aon (direction technique, direction indemnisations et solutions, direction gestion des lignes techniques) qui interviennent sur ce compte client.

    – Développement du portefeuille par des actions de prospection commerciale (par téléphone, en se déplaçant, ...). Vous mettez en oeuvre des actions commerciales spécifiques (prospection systématique d'un secteur, de cibles, ...).

    – Définir ou suivre les stratégies et tactiques d'approches des prospects.

Votre capacité d'influence et de communication à tous les niveaux de l'organisation vous permettra de discuter et de négocier avec des responsables de très hauts niveaux.

    Vos compétences et expériences qui feront votre succès

    De formation Bac+5 Commerce /Assurances, vous justifiez d'une expérience commerciale réussie auprès d'une clientèle P&C Entreprises exigeante d'au moins 5 ans, idéalement en compagnie ou courtage d'assurances.

    Qualités requises :


    • Dynamique et doté d'une grande ténacité

    • Organisé et rigoureux

    • Disponible, engagé, et doté d'un réel esprit d'équipe

    • Maitrise du pack office

    • Anglais courant
