Bourbon Marine & Logistics offers a high standard of quality of service to major players in the oil industry in all their areas of operation in the continental and deep offshore.

With a fleet of 172 vessels, Bourbon Marine & Logistics is a pure player in offshore oil maritime services. Our maritime support activities are spread over the entire life cycle of an oil field.

Bourbon Marine & Logistics is looking for a Financial Controller to join its Finance Departement.

Your missions will be:

Supervise, Animate and consolidate the Cash Forecasts:

Initiate and consolidate the Cash forecast within BML, in support of the Group Financing department.
Analyze and explain deviations to Cash Forecast, financial and delays, both central and local.

Analyze and optimize Cash Management performance:

Challenge BML contributors to the Cash forecasts, for both cash-in and cash-out; propose optimization of cash management within the perimeter.
Determine potential future excess cash and currency flow to provide input.
Ensure Compliance of BML with the BOURBON Treasury and Financing Manual issued by the Director of Treasury and Corporate Financing.

Lead all Financing and Cash Management Projects:

Managing the projects related to cash Management, automatization of Bank entries, Cash Management tool upgrades and trainings.
Participate to discussion on projects funding.

Implement and coordinate Cash Committees:

Managing the Cash Out Committees, and Liquidity committees within BML in accordance with the cash forecast and availability.
Animate the B-Paid process within the BML perimeter (Internal DSO, and external DPO).

You will report to BML CFO.
