Position Summary:
Joining Nestlé Purina Petcare bEurope, it is being part of the First Center of expertise in the Food industry, an inclusive community, supportive and virtuous.
As a Engineering Project manager, you lead project execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets.
This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets.
It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeoutA day in the life of a:
- Fulfill Project Brief project chater and PMP and manage the gate principle
- Organize project execution and manage budget above 20 Mchf
- Mobilize resources (internal & external)
- Trigger steering committee (alert)
- Develop and evaluate team members
- Manage and coach project team
- Control project communication
- Manage interactions outside Nestlé

- Master degree in Engineering
- 5 years experience in a international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification
- Experience in capital Investment projects management in food industry with experience of managing project with success around 15 Mchf
- Ability to translate engineering knowledge into a fully compliant operation
- Ability to communicate in English.

- Good communication skills
