- Launching, processing and follow-up of orders for our end-user customers/distributors.
- Transport logistics between Flowserve and Arnage plants.
- Identify spare parts required, then communicate with customers and relevant departments.
- Analysis and verification of orders, preparation of commercial documents, validation of terms and conditions.
- Follow-up of customer order deliveries, production schedules and supplier reminders.
- Item coding, supplier/Supply chain consultation.
- Check payment terms and conditions.
- Order analysis and verification, in line with offer.
- Forecast invoicing.
- Customer communication, and participation in Teams meetings in English.
- Fluent English (written essential, oral desirable).
- Compliance with tax and customs legislation for export and import files.
