- Build, maintain, and improve integrated 3-statement models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
- Perform valuation work including DCF (with WACC build), trading comparables, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Develop deal models such as base LBOs, merger models, and accretion/dilution frameworks.
- Create specialized industry models including sale‑leaseback, REIT conversion, and NAV‑based structures.
- Support complex transaction modeling such as RMTs, spin‑offs/carve‑outs, and IP licensing deals.
- Conduct deep‑dive due diligence including unit economics, cohort analysis, and vertical‑specific trend evaluations.
- Present assumptions, outputs, and investment implications clearly to senior stakeholders in written and verbal form.
- Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or strategic finance at Tier‑1 U.S. firms.
- Expert‑level knowledge of valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring principles.
- Strong track record building DCF, LBO, M&A, and industry‑specific models in high‑stakes environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to data accuracy and scenario modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a high‑performance remote environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling toolkits.
