We are seeking a General Services Manager to join our dynamic team within an innovative Ed-tech company.

As the General Services Manager, you will be responsible for several essential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our activities.


Your role:


  • Support in preparing studentfocused events and teambuilding activities: reservations, purchasing of beverages, management of various deliveries.
  • Administrative management of

Le Wagon Paris:

Reception and sorting of mail, collection of supplier invoices, use of Spendesk, management of telephone contracts, rigorous follow-up on campus-related payments.


  • Ensure that the buildings meet health and safety requirements, especially during Covid times, and that facilities comply with legislation (ERP, Qualiopi, disabled access): management of administrative requests and completion of forms.
  • Coordination of small and mediumsized works, campus modifications, equipment orders, organization of offices and spaces, as well as larger projects such as the opening of new campuses.
  • Organization of all orders related to our activities and management of stocks: office supplies, computer equipment, facilities, coffee, beverages, snacks, etc.

This is the role for you if you have:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities.
  • Good command of computer tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in French and English.
  • Previous experience in a similar position(education or technology sector a plus)
