• As part of a fastgrowing team, you will be involved in a variety of assignments for our customers in the financial sector:
• Management consulting for our clients, handling strategic and operational tasks
• Diagnostic and transformation in the following areas: organization, governance, processes, technology and data, human resources,
• Definition of a target operating model for business functions
• Process optimization and cost reduction,
• Change management support,
• Support in implementing new standards and regulations (FATCA, MIFID II, AIFMD, AML, etc.),
• Improving sales efficiency, redesigning the customer journey and digital transformation,
• Preparation of technical concepts and implementation planning
• Management of project teams

• Very good Master's degree from a renowned Business School or university of applied sciences
• 510 years of professional experience in the financial industry or consulting sector
• Affinity for IT
• Fluent language skills French and English
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• High capacity for teamwork and social skills Analytical and conceptual strength
