- Help designing and implementing the communication plan for the data transformation program in collaboration with the management team
- Source and consolidate shareable information to ensure the visibility of the Program action by interviewing its participants
- Write and distribute communication materials (newsletters, press releases, presentations) to inform and engage internal and external stakeholders
- Organize communication events such as webinars, workshops, or training sessions
- Manage and improve a time tracking system for the team's dedication to the program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Animate the recharge process and budgetary planification and updates.
- Manage the catalog of services offered to guarantee its clarity and efficiency and assure the connection with the accounting team to keep track of the budget.
- Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries related to the data transformation program.
- Sort, prioritize, and route requests to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor requests and responses to ensure effective and responsive management
- Higher education in project management or a related field.
- Experience in communication, ideally in a digital or data context.
- Appetence for data topics.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. Spanish would be a plus.
- Proficiency in project tracking and communication tools.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
