The #wanted profile:
- A master's degree in HR, Economics, Law, Business, Psychology
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) in HR as a HR Generalist, Recruitment, HR Coordinator, HRBP
- A good knowledge of the social media and professional network
Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to
build trusting relationships: - Real

- Knowledge and interest of the consultancy (and/or Salesforce) world is a must
- Willingness to
work 50% abroad
- Be fully responsible for the
recruitment for our villages (Belgium, Portugal and Germany) including the recruitment strategy: partnership with schools and other external partners, attendance to job fairs, management of the ATS,... - Propose/trigger the trainings required to support the evolution of the consultants
- Ensure the on and offboarding and the followup regarding
career development of our consultants: - Assist the HR Manager in understanding the human challenges and development of the teams;
- Support the HR Manager in different
innovative HR projects (Learning & Development, Performance, turnover, retention, talent development) - Bring modern and creative ideas about the
employer branding (internal & external) - Deploy the HR processes, taking into account the specificities of each village legislation and culture, with a view to alignment and harmonization: values, social benefits, etc.
- Generally act as the single point of entry for consultants within your scope. Responds to all daytoday HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments such as payroll, personal administration, disciplinary matters, etc.
