What you will do:


  • Monitor, analyze, curate and present relevant market trends related to Western and Eastern Europe. Compare and contrast to other key regions.
  • Expert for the European region including, but not limited to: staying current on relevant economic, market, retail and consumer trends; tools, methodologies and suppliers.
  • Develop insights leveraging available syndicated and thirdparty market and consumer panel data (GfK, IRI, NielsenIQ, Euromonitor, Statista) for the European market.
  • Support the organization (focus on Global Brand & Portfolio Innovation, European Commercial team, Investor Relations, Strategy, Ex-Comm) in ongoing and ad hoc deliverables.
  • Seamlessly manage/prioritize competing requests from a variety of key stakeholders ensuring ontime deliverables.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to stay current on initiatives and address any data gaps.
  • Partner with Market Data Suppliers on data methodology and data governance.
  • Collaboratively assist in the design of market report dashboards for Europe and globally.
  • Partner with Data Science and external vendors to develop analytic tools in support of opportunity identification, business growth and decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with Data Science in the development of the short and longterm forecast for the European region.

Qualifications:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree preferred (MBA) in a Quantitative field statistics, economics, mathematics, quantitative psychology, computer science.
  • You have at least 5+ years progressive experience in Market Intelligence, Data Analytics or Category Management; and experience in FMCG (manufacturer, retailer, market data supplier) with focus on the European market.
  • Previous Syndicated POS/HH Panel experience (IRI, GfK, NielsenIQ, Kantar).
  • You demonstrate ability to manage compexity and ambiguity.
  • You have strong quantitative and data interpretation skills.
  • You have effective project management skills and experience.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are datadriven with a decisionmaking mindset.
  • You have a business partnership mindset understand business needs and operationalize into analytical solutions.
  • You are team player experience building relationships within the team and crossfunctionally.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to distill the complex into clear, simple, actionable output; comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels up to C-Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Your global market experience and familiarity with Forecast Modeling would be a plus.
  • You are fluent in English.
