Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Entra and Active Directory Architect to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity infrastructure, leveraging both Entra (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory, while also providing guidance and mentorship to a team of talented professionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Entra and Active Directory specialists in designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and scalable identity environment that meets the evolving needs of the organization
  • Develop and implement strategies for user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting and other tools to improve efficiency
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identityrelated issues to maintain a healthy and secure environment
  • Stay uptodate on the latest Entra and Active Directory features and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and support to both your team and other IT staff members on identity and access management
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their technical skills and leadership potential
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Active Directory design, implementation, and administration, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven experience with Entra (Azure AD) concepts and functionalities
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell preferred)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and coach others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
