AXA IM Alts is a global leader in alternative investments with over €185 billion of assets under management comprising c.€91 billion of primarily private real estate, over €85 billion of private debt and alternative credit, as well as c.€9 billion in Infrastructure and private equity.

2. The main responsibilities of the role**Support the process in structuring AXA IM Alts' answers to Requests for Proposals ('RFPs') or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick-off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high quality content on Alts' expertise overall.


More specifically:

  • Coordinate resources and compile information across the company to answer RFPs, DD or to prepare client pitches (defining timeframe, identifying sources of information, highlighting critical items)
  • Work in close cooperation with capital raisers and investment teams to prepare and deliver top notch content for RFPs, DD and clients pitches
  • Structure RFPs and DD with a marketing approach to promote Alts' competitive advantages
  • Ensure feedback is received subsequent to submitting the RFP or after a DD and followup on action plans to contribute to the improvement of our offering and process
  • Maintain standard content
  • Produce the funds newsletters in collaboration with investment and Client Group teams

3. Profile

_ Education/Qualifications_

  • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Business, Economics, Management

_ Skills:
_


  • Good knowledge of Alternative products
  • Previous relevant experience preferably in a sales support/product specialist/RFP/marketing role within Real Estate, SFD or Infrastructure (product exemple CoRE fund)
  • Understanding of client process and sales cycle with ability to go the extra mile to help transform a pipeline into sales
  • Demonstrated ability to structure marketing messages and propose content to help market real asset products / capture ideas and market trends to help better position our offering in macro/client context.
  • Operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output could be linked with maintaining a positive attitude in pressured situations
  • Proven track record in operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output
  • Paris based: Fluent in English (verbal and written), French would be a plus, other language is a plus (notably German, Italian)

OR London based:
Fluent in English (verbal and written), other language is a plus bt not essential (notably German, Italian)
