Job Description:
- Create device test plans
- Design test load boards and probe boards (schematic and layout specifications)
- Develop and validate analog, parametric, and digital logic tests (using Automated Test Equipment) at both wafer and package levels to provide high quality devices to our customers at minimum costs
- Sustain test programs to improve yield and cost of test for high volume production
- Design and develop generic software tools to improve test solutions development efficiency
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering with about 3 years of related engineering experience (NCG also accepted)
- Software experience in C/C++ and Python required
- Familiar with test and/or measurement equipment
- Good knowledge of electronic circuits and semiconductor device physics
- Ability to comprehend and review electronic components datasheets
- Ability to communicate and work with different cultures in different countries
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Synthesis and communication skills
- Able to travel if needed
