Working under the VP, Global Accounts and Sales responsibility,
the Account Development Manager is an ecommerce expert who will be responsible for selling Nexway Solution on Russia territory and other territories through establishing excellent commercial relationships with new clients while promoting and contracting Nexway offers, while representing company's interests at external events (conferences, business meetings, and webinars) and for overseeing ecommerce projects from kickoff to launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional commerce experiences while managing timelines and expectations.


What you will do:

Sales management: 50%

  • Work with targeted accounts from verticals like software, games, SaaS, Cloud Services, Online services and content, Digital goods, Manufacturers, Retailers, Wholesalers, etc.
- deveop and execute sales strategy and tactics to approach and close such accounts.

  • Establish Clevel relationships with key prospects and generate demand for company solutions.
  • Manage complex sales processes: conduct discovery workshops, product demonstration, customer interviews, coordinate crossfunctional teams to define the solution, manage the offering process (including RFIs/RFPs), negotiate business terms and contract signing, oversee solution implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.

Projects: 50%

  • Plan, schedule and push the business activities of allocated accounts and partners.
  • Collect projects, features, marketing, and commercial requests from clients.
  • Be the single point of contact for Nexway customers business requests and new project demands.
  • Advocate and prioritize the clients project and requests throughout the organization to reach company objectives.
  • Synchronize and work across multiple internal / external stakeholders to reach business goals to retain customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to help them sign new opportunities in the last stage of the closing funnel.
  • Train and teach Nexway Center functions and features for both external and internal business stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of Sales and/or Account Management /CSM experience in a multicultural and/or international environment of digital E-commerce, SaaS and Software.
  • Proven track record of sales performance (Clevel selling with multiple stakeholders involved, milliondollar value contracts with long sales cycles of months)
  • Project management experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in using CRM tools
  • Verticals Specifics (Software, Games) knowledge appreciated.
