Organization & Social Innovations Apprentice- Context- The purpose of the Organization and Social Innovations department is to drive a roadmap of initiatives to improve Nexans organization efficiency and HR added value.- We aim at- designing and implementing Social Innovations (Cultural transformation, Employee engagement and Employee listening, Diversity and inclusion, Human rights, Organisation, M&A )

- leading change and organization projects

  • The department is a small, creative and agile team of 3 persons.
  • Description of the position
  • Support the Social Innovation and Organization director
  • Contribute to review/adapt organization models
  • Share best practices on internal/external resources & experiences within the adequate community
  • Contribute to qualify and design special projects
  • Facilitate working sessions groups or onboarding programs if needed
  • Support on business events (e.g.
HR convention), develop initiatives presentation

  • Education
  • Human Resources, a focus on Organization or/and Employee Engagement is a plus
  • Business administration


  • Skills and competencies

  • Customer service mindset and ability to deliver high quality work on time consistently
  • High level of detail and accuracy
  • Curiosity and autonomy
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
