Technology Area Manager - Disruption M/F

Main accountabilities and responsibilities

Be technology responsible in development projects from projectplanning to startup collaborating with R&D, Innovation Teams and suppliers
Secure that manufacturability and technology possibilities are considered in all development stages
Support Innovation Teams in feasibility studies for the Supply Chain
Steer external suppliers in assigned projects and drive supplier development (incl. technical capabilities)
Identify, mitigate and eliminate risks during development (e.g using FMEA).
Prepare Capex input for assigned projects
Set up Technology Requirement Specification to secure welldefined equipment delivery
Take responsibility for planning and execution of production system validations and define acceptance criteria
Manage IP in assigned projects.
Maximize the use of our assets through an effective Life Cycle Platform Management, while honoring our Safety and Sustainability commitments
Lead, coach and train Technology Area Engineers and other project team members

Experience and qualification requirements

Preferably University Degree in Engineering, Science, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields
Experience from manufacturing operations, technology and/ or R&D (Preferably 57 years)
English speaker
