Our client, Integris, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for Soft Body Armour to support their EMEA and APAC commercial team and Project Management team in achieving their commercial goals for the region. As Project Manager, you will oversee projects related to body armour protection, and work to maximize the utilization of technical capabilities in EMEA for customer projects. This role plays a key part in increasing market insights and developments and facilitating collaboration between commercial peers and technical colleagues. This position is based in France and reports directly to the EMEA Head of Project Management. Responsibilities:

• Manage projects within the EMEA region and implement the regional business strategy and segment plans.
• Develop survivability solutions mainly in soft body armour (mainly), as well as the vehicles segment.
• Act as Project Manager within the team, handling own accounts by: Providing technical support to operations following project management procedures, Offering technical support to sales teams and customers in accordance with project management procedures, Reviewing and validating customer drawings, Assisting the sales team with the quotation process.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing previous programs and projects in collaboration with other functions (finance, sales, production, quality)
• Ensure quality requirements are met in project management activities.
• Support the ERP systems in data input, output, and reporting.

What We Expect from You

Your Work Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Min. 5 years of experience in technical project management of survivability solutions
• Proven experience in designing soft armour solutions with a strong knowledge of cutting, sewing, and welding processes.
• Understanding ballistic qualification processes and standards such as NIJ, VPAM, etc.
• Proficient in ERP systems
• Experience negotiating and understanding complex contracts.
• Experience working in a multinational matrix business environment, with a passion for collaboration with multinational teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
