    **À propos du poste**Vous ferez partie d'une équipe d'experts en charge de l'aspect Brand & House Learning du parcours de chaque employé au sein de CHANEL. Vous serez responsable des aspects opérationnels des sessions globales du nouveau programme Imagine CHANEL Discovery. Vous êtes un atout précieux au sein de l'équipe pour créer une expérience unique pour les employés**Stage basé à Neuiily et à pourvoir en Juillet 2026 pour une durée de 6 mois.****Votre impact chez CHANEL*** Gérer l'organisation opérationnelle des expériences ICD globales pour assurer leur bon déroulement.* Coordonner et soutenir la facilitation du contenu de l'ensemble du parcours ICD global (avant, pendant et après les événements en personne).* Mettre à jour les différents supports utilisés.* Maintenir une communication constante avec les parties prenantes internes (BL et pools d'orateurs).* Suivre les données, les inscriptions et établir des rapports pour les sessions globales.**Ce qui vous motive*** Vous êtes passionné(e) par la planification d'événements et la coordination de contenu et vous souhaitez jouer un rôle opérationnel au sein de l'équipe Brand & House Learning au sein du Global L&D.* Vous voulez contribuer à faire de CHANEL « The Best Place to Grow ».**Ce que vous apporterez*** En cours d'obtention d'un Master, vous avez une expérience dans la coordination d'événements.* Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle.* Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de créativité et avez le sens du détail et de l'esthétique.* Vous aimez travailler en mode projet.* La proactivité, l'organisation et l'agilité font partie de vos principales compétences.* Une parfaite maîtrise d'Office 365 et de la suite Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) est indispensable. Vous avez une forte affinité et êtes à l'aise avec les outils digitaux, tels que Teams, Wooclap, Canva, etc.* Maîtrise totale du français et de l'anglais.**Ce que CHANEL peut vous offrir**Dans ce poste, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique avec une culture d'apprentissage.
